RG & Sons Plumbing is organized to maximize efficiency and productivity. Our current organizational chart allows us to expand and contract with the market, while retaining the capacity to execute large projects effectively. Our Working Foremen, each of whom has been with RG & Sons for over an average of twelve years, are our primary workforce. They are trained to manage multiple journeymen and assistants, allowing us to quickly increase capacity while retaining tight controls on quality and service. RG & Sons also maintains relationships with other trusted plumbing and labor companies with whom we’ve worked for many years; these partners provide additional support during particularly busy seasons.
Our vendor relationships function similarly; we work with one primary vendor and retain two additional vendors. Utilizing these relationships secures a steady supply of essential materials at competitive prices.
