Who We Are

Rudy Sr. is a native Tucsonan and founder of RG & Sons Plumbing, Inc. He is joined in the pursuit of these goals by his wife Mary Lou, his two oldest sons, Rudy Jr., and Nathaniel as well as the entire RG & Sons team. Rudy and Mary Lou are proud to run a minority-owned, family business that has served the Tucson community since 1989.

Rudy Jr. is a 2nd generation plumber and a 7th generation Tucsonan. He has worked for RG & Sons Plumbing Inc. since 2000 and currently oversees all day-to-day operations, business development, safety, forecasting and vendor/client relationships. He is a champion of both local community philanthropic and industry organizations. Rudy has been married to his loving bride since 2013 and they have two beautiful daughters together.

Nathaniel is a 7th generation Tucson native, who has gained his experience while working with the family business. As an estimator, Nathaniel is responsible for reviewing plans, specifications, and schedules among all the other associated tasks required for completing an expert plumbing estimate. This role has brought him the opportunity to be included in the growing Tucson commercial scene. Hobbies include jogging, walking the dog, and enjoying all the local tasty restaurants with his wife.

Serving now as the Controller, Walt started with RG & Sons in 2007 as an Estimator and Project Manager. Walt has been a staple in the Tucson construction industry since 1986. The competition and camaraderie of the Tucson construction scene drive Walt to be his best, at the same time striving to keep close relationships in our tight-knit community. Walt enjoys his spare time with family, grilling, golfing,and painting.

Axel has been with RG & Sons since 2016, where he started as a company driver, delivering material and equipment to job sites. Axel now takes on new challenges and the endless opportunities each project brings as Purchaser for the company. In his free time, Axel enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing,and listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Memo has been with RG & Sons since 1995 where he started as a laborer and has worked his way up to Field Supervisor. He currently oversees the entire RG & Sons construction plumbing team and is responsible for securing a safe environment for all job sites. He is entrusted as a liaison between onsite staff to management and excels at building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Memo enjoys spending his free time with family, watching sports and enjoying food.

Michelle brings over 30 years of experience to her role as Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator. She brings her experience of working alongside some of Tucson’s most notable executives to her role at RG & Sons. A native Tucsonan, Michelle is a proud mom, and her daughter is her inspiration. In her free time, Michelle enjoys being with family and friends, watching movies and listening to music.

Adam has been with RG & Sons since 2007. Starting out as a plumber, Adam worked up the ranks as leadman and foreman, ultimately leading up to his current roles as Estimator and Project Manager. He has played an important role in RG & Sons top projects. Adam loves time spent with family, a round of golf with friends, hunting and participating in his daughter’s softball practices and games.

With a solid two decades of experience in the plumbing industry, Kasey has established himself as a
seasoned professional. His remarkable achievements encompass receiving the prestigious Copper Cactus
Award in recognition of his exceptional plumbing skills in Innovative Technology. Additionally, Kasey’s
expertise has been showcased in numerous plumbing projects that have garnered attention and
accolades in various magazines. Hailing from Tucson, he takes pride in his local roots and finds joy in
cooking and immersing himself in the great outdoors.

Vanessa is an Arizona native who brings over 10 years of experience in the Tucson commercial construction industry. She provides quality service from an administrative perspective to meet customer needs while maintaining relationships. Vanessa stays active in the local Tucson scene with her family and friends, loves catching live shows at the Rialto and exploring the beautiful Arizona landscapes with her Fiancée and pup, Gypsy.

Ron has been with RG & Sons since April 2017. Chicago born and Southern California raised, Ron has been in Arizona since 1990 and in Tucson since 2017. He has been in the plumbing construction industry since 1993 where he began his career as an apprentice rapidly advancing his way to journeyman, foreman, estimator and now as Project Manager. Aside from the summer months, Ron can be found enjoying the outdoors fishing or hunting or spending time with his 5 kids and 3 grandkids.

Chandra joined the team in September 2024 and loves helping people and picking up new skills along the way. She specializes in dispatching and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Raised in Wisconsin, she moved back to her home state of Arizona from Eagle River—aka the snowmobile capital of the world. When she’s not working, Chandra enjoys spending time with her family, working on epoxy resin projects, and getting creative with arts and crafts.

Gabby is the HR and Office Manager and has been with the company since 2024. With over 20 years of experience serving as a liaison between employers and employees, she brings a strong background in communication and people management. Gabby enjoys working with her amazing team and has a passion for live music, attending concerts whenever she can. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family—especially her grandchild—and often travels to Mexico with her mother to visit extended family.

Aylin started her role in November 2022 as an administrative assistant and receptionist at the front desk. She finds great joy in welcoming and conversing with everyone who enters, along with expanding her knowledge of construction and plumbing. Aylin places a high priority on accuracy, detail, and efficiency in her data entry duties. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, socializing with friends, and pursuing her studies. Aylin holds an associate degree in computer programming and is currently pursuing another degree in CAD design and BIM modeling.”

Betty Ann Catton has been an integral part of our team since 2024. She thrives in the lively atmosphere and values the camaraderie with her colleagues. Betty specializes in problem-solving and has a knack for uncovering details like a detective. A surprising fact about Betty is that she disliked math as a child, yet it became the cornerstone of her career. Outside of work, Betty enjoys spending time with her family at gatherings and playing darts.
